Lauren Surrock, PA-C

Lauren is knowledgeable, considerate, attentive, and overall a wonderful provider. I have several ongoing medical conditions and have seen more than a dozen different doctors to manage my long-term issues. No one has ever been as helpful and amazing as Lauren and her staff. I would never go back to any of the other providers I have seen and hope to be a patient of Lauren's for a long time to come!

Sub par, unprofessional and completely does not know how to run a business. How she is able to open her own practice without a working MD or DO in the office full-time is questionable.

I have been a patient of Frankenmuth Medical for some time now. NEVER have I had a bad experience with her or her staff. She listens and lets you tell her your concerns, where many doctors dont, she is professional, knowledgeable, kind and frriendly. Her staff is professional, kind and also knowledgeable. It is her job to sometimes tell us the things that we dont want to hear and to help correct them. Insurances sometimes tie the hands of a doctor so they cant do the things needed without following the insurance guidelines. I will recommend anyone to go see Lauren Surrock and her staff.

Lauren takes the time needed to understand you and explain the options available. I have recommended her to several of my family members and friends. She has a excellent team of staff that are friendly and make you feel comfortable from the first time you walk in the door. I feel lucky to have found Frankenmuth Medical Associates.

Puts you at ease first time you meet her. Listens very well. Very knowledgeable and has a wonderful staff.

Very hard to deal with, had problems get my 12 maintenances medications. Had problems trying to get my C-PAP supplies, still haven't got that resolved. She doesn't take honest criticism well. I told her I was getting a new doctor in January but for now my insurance company says I have to work with her till then. She closed my account and withdrew my sleep study referral and will not work with second medical supply company. What kind medical professional acts this way

Lauren is an excellent provider and takes the time so patients understand what the treatment plan is. Her staff is friendly and efficient and I would recommend her to all my friends and family. She is an excellent choice for the community and their healthcare needs.

I have visit this facility many times with my 2 small children and have always has great service from Lauren and staff . She takes the time to actually listen and makes my children feel comfortable being at the office .

Horrible. She's judgemental. You should make your patient feel as comfortable as possible and not make them feel worse than they already do. Obviously, the reason to go to a doctor is because you feel something is not right. It is not her job to feel any personal way about the patient. She should keep her opinions and thoughts that aren't medical related to herself.
