I completed an 8 week program with Ms. Scally through AbleTo and she was perfect for what I needed. A refresher on CBT tools and skills to help me manage my depression. Weekly homework and review was helpful to feel progress from one week to the next. She always had time at the end of the week's agenda to discuss anything I wanted to share or get feedback on. Overall, Ms. Scally was professional yet friendly, easy to understand, and very encouraging.
