Lauren Richardson, PA-C

I have been seeing Lauren Richardson for years. She always remembers me remembers what we talked about. She is always trying to find the best course of action with me. She is patient and kind. Most of my family sees her now, I would recommend her to everyone!

I've been seeing Lauren since 2019 and have felt heard and understood every visit. She helped refer me to a specialist and is always a pleasure to talk to.

I had a visit to the ER on December 16, 2022. I scheduled an appointment as a new patient with Dr. Richardson that same day on December 16, for January 19. That was the closest date they had available. Of course, I had to call off work. When I got there 30 minutes before my appointment, the receptionist informed me that Dr. Richardson had called out sick. NO ONE contacted me to inform me. So I rescheduled with the receptionist for today, January 30th. The SAME thing happened to me this morning. Dr Richardson called out sick & I wasn’t informed. They then told me the next availability isn’t until APRIL. Extremely unprofessional & I had an intense breakdown right there in the office. It shouldn’t be that hard to find care. What kind of doctor cancels on the same new patient twice? & then has no availability for the next two months? Is my well-being not important?

I think Lauren is an excellent PA. She is patient and she listens. She doesn't rush me when I discuss my concerns. The ladies that check you in could be friendlier, but I don't have to deal with them much so I'm not worried about that.
