Lauren Nervi

I had been with Lauren since the beginning of my RMA journey. Throughout all my visits, Lauren was extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and empathetic. She was always very supportive especially during difficult scenarios. I really appreciated how transparent she was, and always provided facts to allow my husband and I to make the best decision for us. I truly feel that Lauren has been one of the best health care providers I have had. Working in healthcare, I believe she has excellent bedside manner and and would call me specifically when there is as positive or negative news. I am so thankful for Lauren and Dr Bergh.

I had the unfortunate experience of seeking treatment from Lauren Nervi and I can confidently say it was the worst decision I've ever made in my life. The level of incompetence and insensitivity that she displays is truly shocking.Furthermore, her bedside manner was absolutely abysmal. She exhibited a complete lack of empathy and compassion, two qualities that should be essential for a healthcare provider in a field as emotionally charged as fertility treatment. She should not be allowed to practice medicine.

Lauren was very knowledgeable about my pregnancy and I found her to be consistently caring and patient with me and my spouse during my visits. She explained my ultrasound findings and treatment options and answered all of my questions, never making me feel like any question was stupid. I am so thankful to have her as she helped ease our anxiety and guide us towards a healthy pregnancy. She is intelligent, kind, and compassionate and deeply cares for her patients and their outcomes. I am so grateful for the wonderful medical care and emotional support that she provided, even more so than some of the physicians I’ve seen. I highly recommend her…she is the best!

I’ve been with RMA for over three years and have had many doctors doing my ultrasound. This was my fourth miscarriage. She came in the room and I informed her I was just there for an emergency visit and what happens. She put the ultrasound in and right away said, yeah, it’s not there anymore like it was nothing. Then, she continued to question me on why I’m not bleeding when I had to keep informing her it is probably because of the progesterone. She was clueless and stone cold - like this was simple routine and ok. Never experienced this there before.
