Written by Will Wilson (patient) I went to Lauren for EMDR therapy after having experienced a prolonged period of traumatic health issues. Lauren is warm, friendly nonjudgemental and very accepting of each persons experience and how it has impacted their life. For myself, EMDR has proven far more effective than talk therapy in releasing the trauma of being critically ill for so long and allowing me to return slowly to health. Mental health is as important as physical health and Lauren and EMDR
