Lauren did a wonderful job explaining how various medications work and the differences of each option. She took time to listen to my concerns, showed concern, and provided validation. Was supportive in my decision making for a new medication. I have never felt as cared for by any other provider and in the past have not sought care from a doctor as I did not feel as if they were actually concerned with my health. Having Lauren as a provider makes me want to take care of my health.

I have to say I really do hate how The Family Clinic is set up. We make & break appointments with a group of people on the phone that have access to a certain amount of our information but they are strangers to us. And the people that we do have a rapport with, admin and nurses with our clinic, we are never allowed to talk to them. And as I said earlier even when we try to reach the doctor or nurse it takes days instead of hours. So, why do I stay?? Because Lauren is just that good!!! And I am NOT an easy medical case. I have a lot of illnesses to manage. I have several specialists I see and I take quite a bit of medication. And Lauren is on top of everything!! My mother just recently passed away and I wasn't doing very well there for a while and Lauren was tender and tough at the same time and it was just what I needed!! She's the Best!!!
