Telehealth
At first it was just myself seeing Lauren however I quickly moved my entire family to her. She has always listened to my concerns without judgment and doesn’t just push meds on you to make it all better. She really listens and goes the extra mile to get to the root of an issue or illness. I recommend her for all ages newborn and up. I would follow her to any practice that she went to if she left or even became independent with a concierge type of a doctor that doesn’t take insurance I would gladly pay to keep her as our provider. We have met with her in person as well as telehealth and I have never felt rushed or not listen to. She has a great personal touch that makes you feel very important as per patient. And her nurses are also just as amazing always on time. Never late never rushed 10 out of 10 recommend.

Love Lauren. Great bed side manner. She's a great listener. She knows what she's talking about. She's positive and understanding. Stern in areas she needs to be in parts of my appointment that mattered most. She cares. She just good people and make you feel comfortable.

Lauren Hertzfeld is excellent. She is caring and takes the time to get to know me. I recently (past 2 years) made the switch to this practice after years of feeling ignored/patronized by my previous physician. I wish I had found this office long ago.
