Dr. Lauren Gormley, OD

Dr. Gormley prescribed my child eye drops to slow down myopathy. We needed to order the meds from manufactorer, or even not, just a company who delute 1% atropine to 0.05%, repack and sell for CASH ONLY. Yes, they didn't accept our insurance. After months we were told that we need reorder for refill the meds. About same time dr. Gromley left our eye doctor's office (Katzen)... Well, new doctor prescribe atropine from regular pharmacy! Insurance covers! And yes, i am a widow, and $50 monthly that we paid to get atropine from dr.'s Gromley company was a big money for me. Be aware

The visit was OK and I told her that I didn't want the refractive part done and she agreed when I said that I wasn't there for glasses. I have been billed 4 months in a row for this procedure ($50). I have called their billing people 4 times (Sophia 5/24, Tania 7/5 and Rob at the call center 7/26 to ask them to remove the $50 from my bill. This week I was billed again and I tried to reach Dr. Gormley in Abingdon on 9/19. The man I talked to said he would give Dr. Gormley the message for her to call me. NO CONACT. So I called Lutherville on 9/21 (8:45 am) and Mike said he would give her the message when she came in. NO COTACT. I called back twice in the afternoon "THE MAILBOX IS FULL". I want to be able to contact my doctors! So I guess that I'm finished with Dr. G and Katzen Eye Group...They don't have time for their patients. Carolyn Roush, Jarrettsville, MD 8/22/2019
