I saw her at ENT office. She said my Tinnitus and the pain in my ears and back of head are 2 seperate issues but refused to address the pain. Literally told me to just follow up in a year. I left the office sobbing because she was completely dismissive.

I’ve never been spoken to the way this PA spoke to me in their urgent care office. Very rude… tried to accuse me of seeking medicine. I was seeking out advice or any method of treatment… I was verbally attacked by this woman for fearing of getting Covid, asking what I should do and, wanting alternatives or advice. To which she simply replied “I’m not your PCP” No but you are a PA at an urgent care… you should be able to answer these questions. I have mental and physical disabilities, they prevent me from understanding certain things. This PA should know how to deal with a patient that could potentially be autistic, on the spectrum in any way or anyone that could have a mental disability. I get these guys are being worked a lot… but there is no reason to act the way she acted…

I had been to URMC, ENT department, 2365 Clinton Ave S Ste 200 Rochester, NY 14618 for my nose bleeding problem. Lauren Phillips is excellent professional who did cauterization of my nose nicely. She explained me about the procedure and how to take care after procedure is done. Excellent job!!!
