I'm really glad I went to see Lauren to help treat my depression. She is a very genuine person, treated me kindly and without judgment, and seems to really know her stuff! I will definitely continue to work with her in the future.

Prescribed a medication for me that was going to cost over $400 a month. I called to ask for an alternative. It’s been almost a week and haven’t heard back from her. I expect more from a mental health provider.

Lauren has been an amazing mental health care provider for me. She's the first to listen to me and recommend other treatment options in a while. Shakopee is a long drive for me, but I make it for her. She's primarily no-nonsense focused on medications, but really listens if I need to work through my thoughts with my current treatment and how I'm doing. I wish that I could do more e-visits for something as simple as a med check since it's a long drive for a 5 minute appointment. but she's great.

Do Not recommend. Apt consists of... do you feel better or worse. here is a new drug. Very disappointed. wasted a year with her. disconnected from the patient. cold. does not connect dots with issues. if you are looking for help would suggest try ANYONE else first.

Wasn't sure what to expect going to see a psychiatrist... So glad I went. With my medications adjusted I am finally feeling better.

She gave me a prescription sent me on way. Didnt bother talking or getting to know me really beyond what my main problems are. And when I told her I was here to see a psychologist and needed to talk she completely brushed it off and continued to ask me what medications I've been on. Doesn't listen at all and didn't really seem to care. did what she considered was her job and left the room. I left feeling worse than when I came in. Don't see her unless you have nowhere else to go. Pointless.

Ms. Benolkin was wonderful! I cant say enough about how kind and compassionate he was. She listened and helped me understand about the different medications. I have never felt better and really owe it all to her. I would recommend her to anyone suffering from depression

I would not recommend her to anyone. Not interested in providing realistic or effective treatment options in my case. kinda disconnected, and only values her own options, and doesn't seem to listen well. very disappointed.
