Despite much talk about Covid-19 prevention, this office seemed determined to get their patients sick. I confirmed my appointment by e-mail, phone, and text. I was told to text from the parking lot when I arrived and they would tell me when to come in. (Ample opportunities to let me know they had messed up scheduling). They told me they were ready and to come in. Then I waited in the crowded waiting room for over an hour. My appointment lasted less than 10 minutes, she did no answer any of my questions fully, and I left feeling as though I'd been mugged. I would not return to this poorly run office.

Laure wasn't my regular midwife. I had one appointment with her which went very well & I liked her. Then came my l&d. She was the midwife on call & she was absolutley horrible during my delivery. She came into the room 3 or 4 times while I was pushing (which was for 3 + hours) for at most 5 minutes each time. She was very dismissive of me when I said I felt like my baby was stuck (which he was) & she acted annoyed the whole time. Not sure if it was a bad night for her but it was unacceptable.

She is an amazing woman. She delivered both of my babies. I wouldn't go to anyone else. She made my delivery easy and care free because I knew I was in good hands.
