Absolute travesty of a mental health professional. Doesn't listen, minimizes what she actually hears, and has her mind made up about you before the first visit. Avoid like the plague.

I was a patient of Laura’s for several years. She recently ignored me for an entire calendar year when I was actively fighting to get liquid meds and needed a prior authorization. I ended up having to get a different doctor to do it for me. Then on a zoom call, she interrupted me explaining several new and severe symptoms to say she needed to call a different patient despite calling me late and not giving me my full appointment window. Directly because of her inability to do her job, I have had several crises that almost took my life. Avoid Laura at all costs. Especially if you have a personality disorder.
