Overall office needs improvement
I was instructed to arrive at my appointment 10 - 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. I did as I was instructed to only find a locked waiting room door. Someone finally came and opened the door for me and another patient. The employee at the desk finally called me up at 15 minutes AFTER my appointment time. I was called into the examination room 30 minutes after my appointment time. They need to do better!

Highly recommend
This was my first skin exam. I needed an immediate appointment to screen for skin cancer and they got me in the next morning. Laura was extremely personable. She listened to me, answered all my questions, and gave me really good advice on how to take care of my skin. She made explain what she was doing throughout the exam and made me feel comfortable during my first skin exam. I highly recommend her and plan on returning for all my Dermatology needs.

New patient
She listened with open ears as to why I was in her office-looked closely at my skin rash and scripted a med that she felt would clear it up in 2 weeks-let me know to return if not healed in 2 weeks so a bio could be taken-med worked so all is good now
