Laura Pellegrino feels more like my friend than my doctor she is always there to listen to me she never rushes takes very good care of me and all my questions

Rude and does not care for patients
Laura hung up on me as I was pleading for prescription for my severely diabetic mother. She refused the prescribe her needles for insulin until she could get office visit even though I told her we didn’t have anymore and it was urgent. She’s interested in collecting copayment instead of caring for incapacitated patient who is blind and immobile. She was in the office five months ago and it was unnecessary to drag her in for simple request.
