I'd like to thank my nurse anesthetist, Laura McLain. The last thing I remember before the anesthesia went into effect was a smiling face with kind, compassionate eyes looking at me, holding my hand and reassuring me that everything is going to be ok. I wasn't necessarily concerned going into the procedure. But she especially made me feel that I was in very good hands. Her kindness and compassion for any fears that I may have had was notably touching and memorable. Thank you for your caring professionalism.
