Laura Hurn has been a great Audiologist, unfortunately the ENT medical office organization suffers greatly. If you want to talk to a live person on the phone, if you want a response to a message left, if you expect prompt courteous service from the office staff, or if you expect a reasonable wait time for an appointment, don't go here. Either the office staff is overloaded, incompetent, or both. I really liked Laura Hurn, but I've had enough, and I'm outa here.
