Laura Heaton is the most rude person I have ever talked too. Oh, I forgot, I didn't finish talking to her because she hung up on me. I called because she was rude to my 76 year old father who purchased his glasses from Seneca Optical. The lens fell out and she refused to repair it because she said he cost her money. Why? Because when he ordered his glasses the first time, he said he wanted transitional lenses. Well, she didn't order them, but wanted him to pay. She declined services to him.
