Laura wrote a completely incorrect Rx for my husband that the pharmacy wouldn't fill due to the inconsistencies on it. When contacted about it, Laura was very reluctant to fix the problem and left the responsibility of fixing her mistake on our shoulders. It took two weeks to get a correct prescription written out and available for us to pick up. We explained to her that we would come by as soon as possible, due to full time jobs, and she then refused to give the Rx to us w/out a new visit/copay
