Laura assisted me when I was in the Transmountain ER. She made me feel comfortable and walked me through everything when I came in for an emergency visit.

Laura refused to treat me appropriately in the ER at Transmountian hospital. I had been seen twice at urgent care for the same issue and was getting worse. As a healthcare provider myself, I was very concerned for my health and made suggestions. She “put a bandaid” on my symptoms and told me to follow up with my primary care provider. I did this the next day and now I am running all over El Paso, while feeling worse every day, and accomplishing things that SHE could have done in the ER. My PCP is livid that she did not provide the necessary care right then and there. My bedside nurse even encouraged me to seek a second opinion and write a review, telling me this isn’t the first issue she’s had with this provider. Ask for a new provider if she is yours in the ER. I would give negative stars if I could.
