Not good at all. Very reluctant to tackle severe to profound hearing loss. Gave no suggestions. Her one comment was "but you have NO hearing', leaving me wondering who she thought she was speaking to across the desk from her.

My father is 91 and he went to Dr. Brodsky for hearing aids. She was gentle and VERY patient with him. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a hearing test, hearing aids etc..

TERRIBLE experience with Dr Brodskys She refused to listen to complaints and insisted she wasright I don't recommend anyone go to her - waste of time and money with NO REFUND. IT IS A RIP-OFF
