Laura was the best pain doc I've ever had. I was so upset when she left the clinic and went to occupational health as it's out of my insurance network. She did offer to keep treating me though when I got a random at work and saw her there. She was the only one to test me for nerve damage and figure it out. She got me off all meds, then found a new plan when my injury flared up badly after 3 unrelated surgeries. She should train all pain docs because she is the absolute best.

To previous commenter, not Kyle, but hi Kyle! Yes, her replacement is a joke who knows nothing about pain!!!!! If any one knows where Laura is, please please please post!!!! We need to get together and get her back!! The doctor that replaced her has lied to me, knows nothing about my condition, won't look in my chart, and ADMITTED she can't read cursive!!!!!! Guess they just hand out degrees for NP's to anyone who knows how to lie.

Dr. Laura bergs was the 1st dr. Specializing in helping people with chronic pain in my 10 yrs. Of suffering , i finally from the grace of god my primary physician referred me to her and she took the time to listen and sincerely asked me question and helped me more than any dr. Ever has in 10 long very very painful yrs. And now , i find out shes resigned from 3000 essentia health in fargo, mn. And i need to find her, desperately. The dr. Replaced her is a neg. Unprofessional joke .

Laura treats me with respect when some other doctors seem to make you feel like a criminal or lessor person for needing pain meds. Laura takes the time to get to know you and gives you plenty of time at your appointments. Laura has helped me a lot, I highly recommend her.
