She shows to be more in focus on her computer than conversation. After 6 mth recheck is scheduled, her secretary calls 1 mth prior to say she won't be able to make & must reschedule. It's not felt that she puts patients care first.

I had the pleasure of being under the care of Laura Banner for about two years, until I moved out of state. She was always caring & attentive. She listened to how I was feeling & always gave me helpful hints to minimize the symptoms of my condition. I truly felt like she was willing to do whatever it takes to find the ‘magic’ medication or treatment that would offer me the most relief.
