Did Not Follow Through
I went to Ms. Guthals to receive treatment, and she failed to adequately handle the situation. She did not follow up after the procedure, and I ended up have a recurrence and had to seek a different provider to properly handle the matter, which had seriously worsened. She is one of those "modern" medical "professionals" who thinks doing the bare minimum is sufficient, so the patient has to keep coming back and paying more and more for care. Pathetic!
