She took time to find out about my situation and changed one of my meds which really helped my muscle spasms. She’s my new go to NP

Lateerah Andrews is an aggressive bully who doesn't listen to or tolerate discussion regarding the patient's health concerns. Her demeanor is hostile, showing absolutely no empathy for the well being of patients who have been entrusted to her care by Dr. Aneesh Singla. A rating of 1 (one) is much too high a rating for this health provider.

She was an egotistical know it all. She was rude, condescending, disrespectful, ignorant, biased, prejudice and racist . She did not care about anything I had to say; wanted to give her opinion for medication and dismiss all concerns regarding my medical history. She thinks she is above all others. She disrespects the other staff while patients are around. She had no care about anyone but herself. She feels everyone is beneath her when she is actually worst then the dirt on the floor. She is not a PhD and thinks that her CRNP is above all others and doesn’t need a doctor to have a practice. She has the staff scared of her and she yells at them when they try to ask questions. She speaks to them like them like they are dogs. Talked about patients behind their backs, I had the exam room door open and heard her talking about me. Did not care about previous Doctor’s orders who has a full PhD with Doctor in front of his name.

This provider does not listen to her patients; every time I tried to talk, she cut me off and wanted to insert her two cents, though the appointment was about MY pain. She did not care about what I had to say, and she was biased based off of my age. I do not recommend seeing this provider. I complained about her the first time after seeing her, because I was not treated with respect, and was treated as my thoughts didn't matter. I have never been treated the way she treated me by any Dr. in my entire life; very childish, rude, and once again, does not care for her patients well-being, just her own ego.
