LaTasha Thomas has been a caseworker for some time and has been an inconsistent and unreliable source. Communication is scarce on her end. I believe she has worries of constructive criticism being that she often neglects to answer or return phone calls when she has not completed a task. When you look into a Caseworker etc. Please do your research on the history of their work sometimes the work experience is needed.
