Amazing therapist
I’ve seen diff therapists throughout the years and it was only until I saw Dr Sonpal that I received the correct diagnosis. Right at the beginning she sets you up with goals and let’s you know what to expect. After only 5 visits I felt signficantly better from a deep depression. I would highly recommend her to anyone! She is an angel.

There is no waiting period. I was taken in right on dot at my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Sonpal does not overbook or keep the patients waiting. At the very outset I knew exactly what to expect and the sessions were totally goal based. I had a wonderful past life experience. She not only helped me to resolve my problems, she also showed me how I could tackle them in future on my own.

Thanks to her I am no longer afraid of flying. With Dr Sonpal everything is transparent, upfront. She herself talked to me at the time of making the appointment. Asked me the reason of my wanting to see her, told me what to expect. Her treatment was totally focused on the goals that I had set up for myself in the first session. i would any day recommend her to my friends and family.
