She did not care about my concerns at all and did not listen to me at all and just talked at me. She did not care.

She is a bully. She stonewalls by hogging the floor and not giving the patient a turn to speak about their concerns. She does not care about the patient's concerns. Avoid this provider. She is abusive. She has no awareness of her own behavior, and thinks the patient is the problem when the patient does not appreciate her horrible "bedside manner." Steer clear.
