This provided accepted my EAP requested appointment only to inform me on the day of my session that they cannot accept my EAP benefits. This appointment was scheduled for about two weeks but it was never disclosed to me until the day of my meeting after I had already taken time off work. Upon discussion of this issue with the therapist they blamed the practice and the insurance company. This therapist also sent me about 7 emails with requests to be prepared for the first meeting but never disclosed that they are not EAP eligible. I asked why they originally accepted my EAP request and why I wasnt informed earlier and the therapist blamed the "automated system". This was incredibly unprofessional and they kept pushing the blame on others. I would never recommend this person or practice to anyone. Save your frustrations and time.
