She was a very compassionate, thorough, knowledgeable and took her time going over my labs and medications that I didn’t understand. She explained to me the best time to take my medications and certain foods and drinks that I need to avoid. She also sent me education and provided me with resources that was easy to understand and explained more about what was going on with me. She encouraged me to complete several preventative screenings that I’ve put off for years. I appreciate the time and respect she shown and took with me. Months after our visit, I reached out to her about some health concerns I had and she spent time explaining what was going on and next steps. Definitely recommend.

I had a video visit arranged by my insurance company. She forgot to send me a date or time. I did on on the fly with 4 minutes notice. I talked to this stranger for 1 hour. She had no labs, never saw me in person, had never met any of my medical providers. Then she negligently left false diagnosis on my medical records for my insurance company. She believes she knows more than all my actual doctors and all my actual lab results. Then she added I was just in denial about my illness. This ads another layer to the mess she has created. Now it is on my record I am unfit to know my own health status even though I have labs run 4 times a year and see the results before my PCP. She may cost my needed medical treatment due to an illness she made up and I do not have. I only found out her name now she since she up about 50% of what we went over in the video call and just sent my Tuesday reminder on Wednesday with her name and contact. And thankfully she is in SC. Hire at your own risk.

She made my hospital stay bearable. She was very detailed, informative, patient, and understanding. She toook her time to explain what my medical plan was not only to myself but my family as well. This was helpful to us all. She did not overwhelm us with a lot of medical terminology and explained procedures, medications, etc in a way that I was able to understand. Her compassion and knowledge is evident.
