Lancia Beavers, NP

Lancia Beavers is not a communicator and did not tell me everything about my test results. The wait time was overlong. I was promised that I would be issued a CPAP machine; this was never done. I would not recommend Lancia Beavers.

Her bedside manner is horrible! I had an appointment at 10 in the morning and I wasn't even called by her for the telemedicine visit until almost 2 in the afternoon. I had a visit with her due to a chronic ear infection for three weeks that was not getting better with two rounds of antibiotics and I was noticing a decrease in my hearing. She did not listen to any of my concerns or offer any alternatives to treatment from what I was already doing! Everything she that she wanted me to do I had done already and explained that to her. She refused to give me a referral to an ENT to get examined.
