Love the fact that she listens and explains diagnosis or symptoms to me in a way I can understand and follow. Her staff is very friendly and always has smiles when I come in.

I very rarely need a medical professional. This was an annual visit. I had written down questions so that I was prepared. She informed me that I was entitled to 4 questions maximum. I had done annual blood work prior to appt. She said everything looked fine. I questioned that since my A1C, cholesterol and glucose levels were all up from last year. I explained that I was experiencing knee pain. She told me to take OTC arthritis medicine. I asked if she was sure it was arthritis and she responded, 'if the OTC medicine doesn't work then we will know'. I also asked her about my weight. I explained my diet and my workout regimen and was questioning why I wasn't losing weight. She immediately told me it was my portions and refused to hear anything else. I felt dismissed, as if I was interrupting her day. I looked at my watch when she came in and then when she left. She literally spent 17 minutes with me. She never once took her eyes away from the computer. Won't be going back to her.
