She misdiagnosed me, (I did not have gastritis), did not want to come to the phone to speak to me, was condescending, and told me to find another practice

Where should I start... While the appointment went okay, the aftercare was beyond awful. Ordered a huge panel of blood tests which the provider/office refused to give results until 'all testing is done' (even though there were abnormal results). That testing included an ultrasound and colonoscopy. Both which take a while to get an appointment for. Working in the medical field, I have never heard of an office refusing to go over results. After the ultrasound was done, a VOICEMAIL was left stating that surgery was needed and to call a surgeon. FOR WHAT?!? We tried for days to call the office to discuss. They NEVER answer their phones! Leaving messages does nothing. Add to that, we received a bill for the bloodwork that was done. Per the insurance company, the wrong diagnosis code was used (one of the codes that was used made no sense). Insurance company got in touch with the office who then REFUSED to give a valid code. Now we have to go through an appeals process!

She has given me hope after years of horrible doctors. She took the time to listen to me and made me feel comfortable with the plan moving forward.

Laken was very knowledgeable at my appointment! I will definitely be seeing her in the future!

Awful! Impossible to get in touch with. Very poor follow up with care even after placing a patient on new strong medication!!
