Steer clear
She is an utterly condescending and cold-hearted healthcare provider, with a cutting, abrasive tone and a smug superiority complex that belittles everyone around her. Despite my deep understanding of healthcare — thanks to my highly educated spouse who keeps me well-informed — she treated me as if I were completely ignorant, making her arrogance and lack of empathy even more glaring.
