Laila is a great nurse pratitioner. She takes really good care of her patients. She explains things in detail but also in a way that's easy to understand. She is realy thorough and shows lots of empathy and cmopassion

I brought my three year old daughter to the clinic (she had an ear infection). Laila's bedside manner was amazing. My daughter usually screams when someone looks in her ear, but Laila has a way with kids that my daughter welcomed her to look in her ear.

I would like to give her zero stars. I have a complicated health situation and she had no idea what she was doing.I ended up with a kidney infection because she just couldn't listen to a patient's experience.Didn't understand how to treat resistant infections in immune compromised patient. Overwrote my Rheumatologist.Admitted she didn't know much about my blood disorder but didn't consult with a staff M.D. I have never felt the need to write a review until now.I can not say anything positive.
