Laila, NP took her time to listen to me during Our visit. She thoroughly explained what I was experiencing and didnt just throw medicine at me. She had me take a couple OTC medications, rest and hydrate and have me follow up if symptoms worsened. The follow up wasn’t even needed because she was correct! Turns out I had all those symptoms due to allergies (I’ve never had allergies before). She saved me from taking meds I didn’t need and I felt so much better. Highly recommend!!!

Worst experience ever- don’t go here a total waste of time. I saw nurse practitioner Laila Bayat, NP. I explained my symptoms that I have had an ear infection and had gotten sick a full week before Thanksgiving. I can’t hear out my ear at all for 3.5 weeks now, ear pain, dizziness, loss of appetite. Sickness has gone on for 24 days. When I started taking an antibiotic at home from the only 4 I had it helped 90%. Haven’t taken anymore since then so I have had no antibiotics and symptoms came back. My ear is so blocked- which she DID confirm, “I have fluid and congestion in the middle ear behind my ear drum”……and I explained it’s been there since before Thanksgiving. She was defensive right away when I explained the antibiotics that have helped me- her statement, “Well I went to school and I know the difference between a bacterial or virus”. I asked her to explain to me how she knows it is not bacterial since it has gone on for more than 20 days and it’s painful.” She could not.
