Always a great experience

I came in with the cotton of a cotton swab stuck way down in my ear canal. Others had tried looking in my ears saying 'nothing there'. I was worried this provider would say it was all in my head and send me packing. However, this didn't happen. She assessed me and was able to see it and extract it very quickly.Instead of having to leave without anything solved, this provider fixed my problem immediately and i left with my hearing and a smile on my face.Thank you so much!

LaDaysha Jackson saw me quickly on a Saturday morning, carefully listened to all of my concerns about my symptoms, and explained potential interactions with my other prescriptions, advising me to wait a couple of hours before taking my antibiotics. She also noticed that I visited the clinic for the same concerns exactly 1 year earlier and that my ailments could be caused by allergies this time of year. That level of care and extra attention to detail is much appreciated, armed me with knowledge for the future, and helped me to feel better!!

I came into JP's office and right away the receptionist was very welcoming. Dr. Jackson and her assistant Christy, were very professional. They both took their time to hear my thoughts and health concerns. I didn't feel my visit was a rush at all. They were bot also very patient with my active 4 year old. The MA that checked us in was AWESOME with my little one as well. Thank you so much for making today's visit comforting with me.
