I have MS and went to see him just so I could get a referral to a neurologist. Within 5 minutes he looked at me and said what is that lump on your throat? Here I thought I was at end-stage MS. He immediately ordered me blood tests and an ultrasound and discovered I have hashimoto's as well. That same day he set me up two referrals it was so fast I couldn't even keep up. He put me on levothyroxine and the next thing I know all of the fatigue the emotional ups and downs were gone within 2 weeks. I went and looked at the pictures of me from 5 years ago that lump was there I've seen at least eight or nine doctors and not one of them looked at me and noticed it. They were just ready to give me the death sentence of end-stage Ms because of my symptoms. Kyle changed my life I've lost 80 lbs since I saw him in October and I feel like I'm 25 again and all of the major other side effects of the MS have dissipated. I might still have MS but it's manageable again. Thank you Kyle Randall.

I am RN that was scheduled for Kyle, I really do NOT him personally, maybe he is not that "friendly" or with a flat affect, but professional wise, he is awesome and even called me for my lab test which i forgot to check. From both clinical and patient perspective, I would give him 5/5, why? Am i bias because I am a also? Nope, because I myself is a keen observer with regards to professional, non verbal cues and clue about treatment regimen and even focus patient care. Give him what he deserves.

Not only do I see Kyle Randall, but we also take our kids to him as well. He is straight-forward, no drama, and was willing to do additional research and get back to us with answers to specific questions we had during our visits. Our test/lab results came back quickly and available for us to view online the same day samples were taken.

I was a patient of Dr Worth in the past but after he retired I, unfortunately, had to start seeing Kyle, as he took over Dr. Worths patients. Kyle has done nothing but give me the runaround, waste my time on appointments, and has horrible communication between him and the girls up front. You'd think they didn't even work in the same office because nobody is ever on the same page or knows what is going on, ever. I'm truly disgusted with how they treat people and attempt to run an office.
