Kyle takes the time to consult with you prior to services. Additionally, he is meticulous about his work and seeks balance and perfection. I wouldn’t ever want to change providers. He is just so TALENTED!

This was by far the most enjoyable medical experience I've ever had. Kyle Herald was personable, knowledgeable and the most informative and the kind of doctor that can set your mind at ease. The wait was short and that may not always be the case. I was told if I could not keep[ my appointment there would be a three week wait. Thank goodness I put off my SSI appointment and kept the dermatologist appointment. The procedures was taken care of in a very short amount of tie and was near painless. I just wished all my doctors was this personable. kind and knowledgeable. I will always remember this visit to the doctor as the best visit ever!!!

Everyone was very nice. Took us right back. I don't like that they don't answer there own phone. They have a switch board for the facility.

Absolutely horrible, I have psoriasis over my entire body. I waited 2 months for my appointment in excruciating pain. Traveled 45 miles...45, with gas money I really didn’t have. Was 17 minutes late due to going to the wrong clinic, traffic was insane, etc. “They’ll have to reschedule...” Absolutely insane, I would never recommend Graves Gilbert Clinic to anyone.

He was very nice and seemed to understand issue, but when trying to contact his office for a callback several times, I never received the callback. He sch phototherapy visits, and those wait times were too long, where appointment time ran over 30 mins longer than sch. Also could not reach the phototherapy staff when calling to speak to them. Never returned any calls I made.
