Krystle Dandridge, LPC

I saw Krystle for several months last year. Although I stopped seeing her last December, I still have a lot of hurt that comes from my time having her as a therapist. I went to Krystle hoping for help with my trauma and depression. When I was so depressed that I couldn’t shower, Krystle told me to take two showers a day. When I came to my session after a very troubling weekend, she asked me why I was giving a monologue. She always wore sweatpants to our session and then once apologized and said that she was going to the gym, but she dressed that way all of the time and also occasionally looked at her phone during my session. Krystle also blamed me for the little work that we did on my trauma because I did not want to talk about graphic details on one specific day. I really should have gone to the hospital and Krystle told me that I was giving a monologue and then canceled my appointments for the following three weeks. I would not suggest even to someone I dislike.
