I went in for a check up and they tried to put me on hormones since I'm past menopause, even though I don't have any problems. They wanted me to go on their special hormones that my insurance won't pay for. After they got the results of my mamogram they had me come back in (another office visit for 125+$). They told me my mamogram was a problem and i needed a more in depth one. The nurse practitioner refers me for more imagining to some place in Kaufman. He says I'll hear from them and if I don't to give him a call. SO, weeks later, I've heard nothing. I call Cedar Creek Clinic and ask to speak to Austin. They say he's there but he's busy and what do I need? The girl tells me to call Kaufman myself and gives me the number. So I call Kaufman and get lost in their voice messaging system for about half an hour. I call CCC back and tell them I can't get through. They won't let me talk to Austin, but the will give me an appt. Like I can pay for another appt for no reason?
