I highly recommend Dr. Shah! She explains everything and is very thorough. Answers all my questions and is very pleasant. Her office staff also does a very good job. I have high confidence being under her care.

I’ve been seeing Dr Shah since 2017 and have continuously experienced great service, care, and attention to detail. I chose Dr Shah and Lalin Eye after vetting 5 different providers for my LASIK procedure in 2017.Unlike a lot of other doctors who treat their office like a chop shop to churn patients in and out, Dr. Shah takes time with you to listen and discuss any thoughts or concerns they have, then offers a detailed - but easily understood - explanation of their eye health and any considerations for both now and the future.I’ve been to a lot of optometrists and ophthalmologists across four different states and Dr. Shah is by far the most personable, friendly, caring and best care for my eye health.

I was very satisfied with my visit. Called Thursday afternoon and they fit me in Friday morning. Staff was polite and professional. I was prepped and saw Dr.Shah within 30 minutes. She was thorough and willing to answer all my questions. As someone who doesn’t ever have eye issues this was a new experience for me. I would recommend to anyone who needs an eye doctor.

I have been followed by Dr. Shah for 1.5 years for corneal erosion and dry eye due to Bells Palsy. The staff have been very helpful in scheduling appts. especially when urgent treatment required. Dr. Shah has treated the discomfort successfully with medication prescribed and the visual difficulties with eyeglass prescription. Thank you to Dr. Shah and staff for their professionalism.

Absolutely unprofessional and zero respect to the patients .Got the prescription at my first visit ( finally saw the doctor 35 minutes after appointment scheduled . one hour after I came in ) . Ordered the glasses, however total blurring vision and headache experienced. Then compared to my previous prescription.....numbers changed by 50 to 300% ! It looked like the prescription for huge eye defect, while I need mild progressive glasses. I understand that small mistake may happen, however it was absolutely different than it should be. Looks like someone did it with zero knowledge, while I met...the doctor ? . Revisiting.... Set the appointment at 10.00 AM. at 10.20 , person with appointment after my schedule, was asked to the doctor office. At 10.40 , hoping finally it is my time, another person ( with appointment at 10.30 ) was asked to get in, with nice welcome : 'Hi, how are you, please come in' ) . I left the waiting room at 10.45 while I couldn't spend entire day just for fixing w
