I called the clinic everyday for a month. Honestly I just needed a referral sent. They kept saying they'd mark it as urgent. Kristy Whitney never got back to me. Just straight up went MIA and wouldn't reach out to me. I had to seek care from another provider because she ignored me.

I am retired military and Kristy has been my entire family’s provider for over three years now. She is absolutely phenomenal, I couldn’t ask or want for more. She is attentive, caring, thorough, and straight to the point. She used to be at an office that was a one minute drive from our house, when they closed that office we decided to stay with them solely because of Kristy! Obviously would highly recommend.

Very personable but seems lacking in knowledge and sometimes doesn't seem present She does seem willing to answer questions but often does not know the answer. She does make referrals as she feels are needed. Quite a few medication mixups where medication didn't get prescribed or went to the wrong pharmacy.

Today was my 1st visit with Kristy and overall it was a great experience. I have worked in the healthcare field for 30+ years and have worked with quite a few physicians/nurses/ARNP's etc. She was very professional and took the time to really listen to me. Very happy with my visit today! My husband also sees her and was very happy with his care as well.
