I went to mercy and saw Kristy Schaefer for a broken finger. She provided subpar care to say the least. Despite having 9/10 pain she told me the only thing she could do for me was advise me to take OTC ibuprofen. OTC ibuprofen barely covers a bad headache. I’m curious what her prescription practice is. Maybe she would have prescribed something versus brushing me off if I came in with an acute limb amputation, ruptured aneurysm, acite appendicitis. Poor clinician. Uncaring. I would not recommend.
