Kristy Carter is extremely unprofessional. I was sent to see her by recommendation from one of her colleagues. During secession, Kristy stood up directly in front of me, slammed her pen onto her desk, leaning over me, looking me in the eyes saying "I can't believe they allowed you to squeeze in an appointment". "I have people waiting". I promptly left, feeling bad but most of all let down. I attempted to utilize the services of Access Wellness moving forward but not anymore.
