Patience, compassion and professional! Pretty scary situation for me having lost all of my hearing in both ears at the age of 50. Made me feel comfortable with my situation and gave me hope and something to look forward to. Follow up appointments were more of the same excellent care and patience helping me adjust to my Cochlear implants.
