Kristy Cook and l established a close professional, friendship, l thought anyways. l was facing the hardest thing I've ever been through till now, so l called, and she was as nice as could be, wanting to help. After almost 2 years with her, she left her practice, and I forwarded everything to her...all my insurance and signed paperwork transferred everything to her new practice. Then l receive absolutely no response. She just dropped me with no notice or reason... knowing l have panic attacks and bad thoughts. Heck, l made this extremely selfish female a 400 dollar arrangement for her office. I don't have much time left. Forsure l will file a greivance against such a selfish, unprofessional individual. STAY AWAY! If l could give zero stars, l would. 1 star is way too generous. Look up egocentric.
