Let’s start by saying I won my court case, I am the one who advocated for using this horrible woman. The only thing my high-conflict ex and I have agreed on in years is that “Dr” Kristina Tyler is the most unprofessional, disorganized, immature and disrespectful person we’ve ever met. Don’t be fooled by Lance in her office either, he’ll tell you she’s great and cares so much. It’s a lie, it’s a scam! At the end of our over-priced, ridiculously disorganized and unproductive “sessions” she wrote her report, it was so inaccurate that BOTH our attorneys ruled it as inadmissible and said in court that it was “an embarrassing mess”. Her report got names wrong, relationships wrong, dates and situations wrong, and the spelling and punctuation to top it all off, was truly an embarrassment. AVOID this woman at ALL costs. I say that as the winner of my case and getting my child back from an alienation scenario. This woman will do so much harm to you, your child and your case. She should be ashamed!

I know the losers always have to complain and you never hear from the winners. Well in my case I was both winner and looser. Dr. Roberts determined I had anger issues and recommended anger management. Of course I disagreed completely until I started the course and individual counseling as she also recommended. It has changed my life and my relationships with both my daughters. In all I get a few more hours each week, a few weeks in the summers and alternate holidays but my kids get the therapy they need to help them process all the crap their Mom has told them. But she will be her soon to complain. Because I got a more equal share, not 50/50 but better and she hates it. She tells my daughters how she will cut me out of their lives. How their new stepdad is their Dad. But the judge ordered her to stop and also recommended a switch in custody if I come back with proof of her doing it one time from this day forward. So I’m all I hope she will learn to keep it between the adults.

This woman cannot be trusted and should have her license revoked. She broke confidentiality in my case not once but twice. She has no business in this field as she has too much baggage to make an objective determination. The lack of boundaries surrounding her breaking confidentiality says it all.

I don't know what medical board certified this Doctor but I think she needs her certification revoked. Not only did she do a horrible job, she is completely biased and her and her staff are incompetent. She was appointed by the courts to evaluate me and my ex-husband as recommended by the mediator during our divorce and custody of our daughter, now 5. She deemed me unfit because I was depressed over my ex-husband cheating on me. Told the courts I never got help but I had proof I did.

This woman's recommendation left me disabled with PTSD. My 7 year old twins have trauma symptoms related to anxiety. I hope she goes to jail. She was a bully, fully biased, incompetent, and rude. I recommend to never use her.
