Yes, an excellent person. Yes, a true professional. She might even laugh at your stupid jokes.

I've been a patient of Dr Ramsey's for years and just yesterday decided to take my business elsewhere. CJ, the receptionist is the biggest problem. It's hard to make appointments because they rarely answer the phone. I'm certain that CJ screens calls because I called with my number on file, no answer. Called back immediately from a different number and he picked right up. He has given me inaccurate information on multiple occasions. I recently scheduled an appointment for a contact lens checkup based on his bad information and was told I needed a full exam. I asked to speak with Dr Ramsey and she ignored me and moved on to another patient. That was a waste of my time, leave from work, and energy. I would not recommend this office.

Trustworthiness

Dr. Ramsey's office went out their way to help my 15 year old daughter to get a pair of contacts after losing her eye glasses while at the beach on vacation in Virginia. They literally gave her the trial pair of contacts after learning of her dilemma while vacationing with friends.
