Very friendly, thorough and accommodating

I went for a specific exam But it turned out that for that specific exam I had to wait a long time.

She was thoughtful and patient and took her time answering any questions that I had. She also appeared to be extremely knowledgeable about my health records (clearly she had examined them prior to my visit) and about medicine in general. I felt very safe in her hands.

Dr. Kristina Neagos, is very professional. She listens to your concerns and answers every question that you have. Overall she is very professional. I highly recommend Dr. Neagos.

Presumptive and in a rush to finish the consultation. How can a nurse make a diagnosis without getting complete labs and insinuate I might be wasting my time by getting them. Next time I'm seeing the doctor. Thank you

She made me feel like I was wasting her time because right away she said I could have waited to see dr fisher because this was not an emergency and that I had to see my primary for the symptoms I had because it was something that was not handled there which was fine it was just her tone.

In my experience, there is an intangible, but clearly recognizable, quality of empathetic care that our best healers and medical practitioners have. It is communicated through a genuine interest in our well-being as they relate to us in a warm and personal way. This goes beyond simply being a good diagnostician. We appreciate this very human responsiveness when we receive it, and miss it when it isn't forthcoming. (I have advocated for this quality of empathy as I worked with young medical students through the Standardized Patient Program at USC for many years.) While I feel that Dr. Kuritzkes has always conveyed this compassionate empathy, I did not experience it with Kristina.
