Very kind and knowledgeable
Had a great experience with Kristina Boarts. She listened to my specific concerns and helped me with specific exercises to target where I was struggling after surgery. She was always so kind and encouraging. She helped me get back to where I was before surgery and gave my the exercises and tools needed to keep gaining even past what I could before surgery.
